To become a North Carolina Trainee Appraiser you must complete 90 hrs of NCA approved courses covering the following topics:
- 30 hr Appraisal Principles - Distance education is not permitted
- 30 hr Appraisal Procedures - Distance education is not permitted
- 15 hr Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) - Distance education is not permitted |
