Pass a 75 hour pre licensing course or equivalent. |

Submit application form, required documentation and fee to the commission, to be reviewed for eligibility to take the licensing examination, for more information please view the candidate handbook. |

Contact testing service PSI to pay exam fee and schedule appointment. |

Once the exam is passed with at least a 75% you will be issued your license via mail, you must be supervised by a Broker-In-Charge but can perform the same acts as a broker. |

Complete 3 - 30 hour post licensing courses with in 3 years after licensure, these courses include Broker Relationships and Responsibilities, Contracts and Closing and Selected Topics. All brokers must complete 8 hours annually, this include 4 hours of the mandatory Real Estate update course plus one 4 hour elective course. |
